Todd Henderson between Oct. 8, 2020, and March 13, 2026, on a personal phone number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry for more than 30 days, and who were not Farmers customers or recent quote-requesters at the time.

• Your phone number had been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry for more than 30 days before receiving those calls or texts
• You did not request an insurance quote from Farmers Insurance or any of its agents prior to receiving the calls or texts
• You were not a Farmers Insurance customer at the time of, or within 18 months before, receiving the calls or texts
• You are able to certify the above conditions as part of your claim submission

What You May Receive
